My supplier hasn’t received the money I sent. What happened?
Transactions involving the world’s most popular and widely traded currencies (such as USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, JPY, NZD, CAD, NOK, CHF, SEK, and DKK) are usually processed within 1–2 business days from the execution date. Payments in other currencies may take up to 3–5 days to clear. It is not uncommon for payments to arrive later than the stated value date due to necessary internal bank checks, the involvement of multiple banks, or potential delays caused by public holidays.
If your recipient claims they have not received the payment, you should double-check the bank details used. An error may have occurred if this is the first time you use these details. In particular, banks in Asia require all information to be completely accurate. Therefore, even a small mistake can be why your recipient has not received the payment.
