I deleted a transaction, but why hasn’t my next payment been processed?

When you delete a trade in the foreign exchange platform, your subsequent payments may be affected. Here are a few possible reasons why your next payment was not processed:

  1. Incomplete deletion: Even though you have deleted a trade, pending instructions or orders may still prevent the next payment from being processed. Confirming that all related orders have been properly canceled may be necessary.
  2. Insufficient funds: If adequate funds are in your account, the payment cannot be completed. This could be due to inadequate coverage to meet margin or currency reserve requirements. If these conditions are not met, the payment will be declined.
  3. Exchange rates and delays: In some cases, deleting a trade may change the intended exchange rate, or there may be a system delay, meaning the payment cannot be executed immediately.
