I made a transaction, but why hasn’t the payment been processed?

If there are not sufficient funds in your account, the payment cannot be completed. This may be because there is not enough money in the account. Therefore, the payment will be declined — the account cannot be overdrawn.

If you have sent money to your currency account but cannot yet see it on the platform, you are welcome to follow up with us. Please send payment documentation from your online bank (proof of payment) to valuta@kompasbank.dk. We will investigate the matter immediately.
