Why can’t I see my previous transactions or documents in online banking?

If you cannot see your previous transactions, account agreements, or documents in online banking, it is because we have upgraded our online banking platform.

Data from before the transition to the new platform is therefore not automatically available in the new solution.

What does this mean for you?

  • Transactions from before the migration are not shown in online banking
  • Documents such as account agreements and annual statements are not available in the document overview
  • It is expected if you see “no documents found”
