How do I withdraw from KOMPAS BASIS to my NemKonto?

You can easily transfer money from your KOMPAS BASIS account to your NemKonto directly in online banking.

How to do it:

• Log in to online banking
• Select your KOMPAS BASIS account
• Click “Withdraw”
• Enter the amount you wish to transfer
• Confirm the transfer with MitID

The money will then be transferred to your NemKonto.

Good to know:

• It may take up to 4 hours before we have updated information about your NemKonto
• Withdrawals below DKK 500,000 are processed as instant transfers
• You can make a maximum of 5 withdrawals per calendar month
• If you exceed 5 withdrawals, a fee of DKK 100 per additional withdrawal will be charged
