How do I make an instant pay-out from my Kompas Basis account?

You can make an instant transfer from your Kompas Basis account by transferring money to your NemKonto in online banking.

How to do it:

  • Log in to online banking
  • Select your Kompas Basis account
  • Click “Withdraw”
  • Enter the amount you wish to transfer
  • Confirm the transfer with MitID

If the amount is below DKK 500,000, the transfer will be attempted as an instant payment.

Good to know:

  • Transfers below DKK 500,000 are attempted as instant payments
  • If you want to transfer a larger amount as instant payments, you need to split it into multiple transfers
  • You can make a maximum of 5 withdrawals per calendar month
  • If you exceed 5 withdrawals, a fee of DKK 100 per additional withdrawal will be charged
  • It may take up to 4 hours before we have updated information about your NemKonto
