Is it possible to transfer the amount from my current savings account to a new account?

Yes, absolutely. When your KOMPAS FAST savings account matures, your entire balance is automatically transferred to a KOMPAS BASIS savings account (without a fixed term and with a variable interest rate).

 

As soon as your BASIS account appears in the Netbank, you can create a new savings account yourself and transfer the amount from your BASIS account to it (click “Create new account” and specify the amount you wish to transfer to your new savings account).

 

Once you have created your new savings account, we will automatically handle the transfer. Therefore, you do not need to contact us after you have made your selection in Netbank.
