You can always see the current interest rates for all three savings accounts on kompasbank’s page on interest rates and fees. Whether your interest rate can change depends on which savings account you have.

Can the interest rate on my savings account change?

  • KOMPAS FAST: No. You keep the same fixed interest rate for the entire term.
  • KOMPAS VARIABLE: Yes. The interest rate is variable and can change at any time.
  • KOMPAS BASIS: Yes. The interest rate is variable and can change at any time.

How will I know if the interest rate on my KOMPAS VARIABLE changes?

If we change the interest rate on your KOMPAS VARIABLE account, we will usually notify you by email.
