Can I terminate my savings account before the end of the binding period?

Yes, you can close your savings account at any time. If you close the account before the end of the fixed term, you will be charged an early withdrawal fee.

You can see the exact early withdrawal fee directly in online banking before confirming the closure. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to online banking and go to your savings account.
  2. Click Close next to your current savings account.
  3. Check the early withdrawal fee displayed.
  4. Accept the fee – the remaining balance will automatically be transferred to your BASIS account.
  5. Then transfer the funds from your BASIS account to your NemKonto.
