How do I transfer money to my new savings account at kompasbank?
The transfer to your new savings account is made from your BASIS account via online banking.
You can create a KOMPAS FIXED or VARIABLE savings account directly in online banking by clicking “New” on the front page and selecting the account that suits your needs.
How it works:
- When creating a savings account, you choose the amount to deposit
- If the money is already available in your Basis account, it will be transferred automatically
- If the money is not yet in your Basis account, you have up to 10 days to transfer the amount from your external bank
- Once the funds are received in your Basis account, they will automatically be transferred to your savings account
Good to know:
- You cannot manually transfer money from your Basis account to a savings account
- You cannot add more funds to a savings account once it has been created
- If you want to deposit a different amount, you need to create a new savings account
- You have 10 days from the creation of the account to transfer the amount. If the amount is not received within this period, the savings account will be closed automatically.
