How do I transfer money from my current savings account or BASIS account to a new account?

You can easily transfer money to a new savings account through our Netbank.

When your KOMPAS FAST savings account matures, the full amount is automatically transferred to your KOMPAS BASIS account.

After that, you can create a new savings account in the Netbank and choose how much you want to transfer from your BASIS account (click “Create new account”).

Once you have created your new savings account, we will automatically handle the transfer – so there is no need to contact us afterwards.
