How do I withdraw money from my KOMPAS VARIABLE savings account?

To withdraw funds from your KOMPAS VARIABLE savings account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your KOMPAS VARIABLE savings account in our online bank and select “close account.” A 31-day notice period will then begin.

  2. Once the notice period has ended, the full amount will automatically be transferred to your linked BASIS account. It is not possible to withdraw a partial amount.

  3. Once the funds are in your BASIS account, you are free to choose whether to leave them there, create a new savings account, or have them paid out to your NemKonto.

If you withdraw before the 31 days, a deduction will be calculated. The withdrawal will be made via our customer support at support@kompasbank.dk, and the money will be available in your BASIS account the day after your request. Read more about the applicable deduction rate here.
